2030 MDLL SELECT

Full Membership Fee $2,000.00

✩ Cost Includes All Items Listed Below Fall – Summer Season.

✩ A minimum of three coaches on staff with top lacrosse experience

✩ Game jersey, shorts, shooter shirt, sweatpants, hoodies, HELMET ($225)​

✩ Practices in the Severn area

✩ A total of 43 Team practices

✩ A total of 16 position specific skills and conditioning/speed/agility sessions

FALL

• 3 Fall Tournaments (1 sixes, 2 field)

• A minimum of seven team practices

• Six skills and conditioning/footwork/speed sessions

  • This will be on a weekday

  • One hour is dedicated to our condition coach on staff working on position specific skills. 

  • One hour will be dedicated to position specific skills in lacrosse (Shooting, dodging, stick work, defense work)

WINTER

• A minimum of 8 outdoor team practices

• Optional indoor MDLL league  (Either Meyers box, or Navy Box league), no additional charge

• A minimum of 10 skills and conditioning/footwork/speed sessions

  • This will be on a weekday

  • One hour is dedicated to our condition coach on staff working on position specific skills. 

  • One hour will be dedicated to position specific skills in lacrosse (Shooting, dodging, stick work, defense work).

SPRING

• Two team practices a week (A minimum of 20 practices)

• HOCO Spring League

SUMMER

• Three summer tournaments

• 8 team practices
